Can you run through the instructions one more time? The way I understand it is you need to say "Go to heavan" before watching the video but that video is 35 minutes long. Can it be a shorter video?

Maybe he meant herding, because he probably has microsheep randomly jumping around in his head instead of a brain. I would imagine that would at least make him an entertaining idiot.

Seriously speaking, what he most likely must have meant is "hurting".
