No. Rep, infraction, and MyFreeOnes points are all different. The ONLY thing that affects MyFreeOnes points is positive reputation until you've earned up to 2500 MyFO points I think.
If you get neg repped, it won't take any MyFO points away but if you're not at the 2500 cap you'll have to earn all the positive points back to continue earning MyFO points.
