Actually, he's right...one of the biggest purchasers of little girls in Asia are American men, travelling either on business, or simply for "pleasure". I have close family that is from the Phillipines, and they work with an organization that spreads awareness on the sex trade in third world countries...and she's seen firsthand the North American men who go there because its cheap and zero risk of getting caught because its so widespread and isn't frowned upon like it is here.
