There's a series of DVDs over here that are "directors labels" i think. Spike Jonze has one, Chris Cunningham (he of sexy bjork and aphex twins vids) , Michel Gondry, Johnathon Glazer and some others, they're all recommended for some very cool and groundbreaking videos.
I always liked Beck's "Sexx Laws" - looked like it was going to descend into a Jack Black fueled orgy at the end. If you like your stuff a bit more industrial/electronical, most things by Pigface are pretty dirty (check out Hips, Tits, Lips, Power!). Also for absolute degraded filth, Suede's Animal Nitrate is not only one of the filthiest tunes in history, but has a wonderfully sordid video.
