Music that makes your blood pump?

I started running 3 miles a day again and i want to make a mix of music that pumps me up. So i ask you guys, any genre, what music pumps you up?

evanescence, linkin park & outkast. yes, outkast.

evanescence, Me to. :)

kylie minogue'll do it. and if u don't like her music u can just imagine her naked. that'll get some blood pumping

I Like Kyle also. :)

When I had to maintain my Fitness during my Army days, I found that listening to music like Iron Maiden, ACDC and the likes was exellent motivation during my runs.

Heavy, hard and fast was my rule!!!

When I am working out in the gym with weights I prefer listening to heavy metal. When I go for a run I like to listen to hip hop, well I did until some lame mother fucker stole my mp3 player :(

"Kickstart My Heart" by Motley Crue, almost anything by Rage Against The Machine, "Hot For Teacher" and "Get Up" by Van Halen.....almost any of the 80s Metal, its good high energy music.

megadeth rocks, old school metallica,ac/dc,gnr,velvet revolver and the 80's rock is all good

what kind of music are you into?

if you like metal/rock, you should check out a band called Clutch, they rock in the tradition of Led Zepplin and AC/DC but with a more modern sound. They have often been described as the thinking man's rock.
