Rupert Murdoch already owns disproprtionate amount of media outlets.Such as all the Fox stuff,several newspapers in US and abroad,sky news and many others.Now buying even more.He is well known for tilting everything he buys to his right wing agenda,although the Wall Street Journal is already pretty close to his bias.But most think it will get even more so.We used to have law in the US known as the "fairness doctrine" that required broadcasters to give time to opposing points of view presented by the broadcaster.But Reagan got rid of it in the 80s.There has been talk off bringing it back which has gotten right wing talk radio all excited and ****** how unfair that would be.Without something requiring equal time we will be getting more and more of just one sides view.Owners and workers inherently are going to have some different interests and it is regretable that we are only going to be hearing more and more of what the owners think with no consideration of what is better for the majority.
