Most irritating action movie cliché?

It's good to be the king...
OK - I'm bored at the moment and was idly surfing looking for a suitable subject for the forum, when I stumbled on this item at the imdb:

What is the most irritating action movie cliché?
I've limited to 10 options, but this was the full list from that site:
  • Villains who are lousy shots
  • Females always being the ones taken hostage (any James Bond movie)
  • Average Joe easily accesses to government files with a laptop
  • Putting the hero in a slow-working death trap from which they eventually escape
  • Finding a time bomb and deciding which wire to cut (ie: Richard Harris in "Juggernaut")
  • Third-person shooter scenarios (someone off-screen fires the fatal bullet)
  • Long expository speech from the villain
  • Bad guys coming back to life inexplicably
  • A trusted government official ends up being a traitor to the hero
  • The hero easily getts into restricted areas despite barriers, security codes, IDs, etc.
  • The hero gets beaten to a pulp but barely shows any pain and can instantly heal themself with a few bandages
  • The hero slides under a fast-closing sliding door before it hits the ground
  • Out-of-bullets scenarios
  • The hero falling back in love with their ex-wife/girlfriend after rescuing them from the villain
  • The car never starting when the hero is being chased by villains while trying to escape
  • Other
  • All of these
  • I have no opinion here.
