You can save streaming vids in a few ways. One is to use a screen capture utility and another is that there is a streaming video capture program written specifically for this purpose. I will try and find the name of it.
You might also be able to fire up IE and then find the streamed video in the temp files folder for IE. This does not work for all sites but I have used it for some.
