I lost interest when I realized it attracted all the greedy OCSM's who will disappear once the contest is over.
I am , I think its pretty pathetic , I have had an upsurge of OCMS repping me while its on who never did before and I dont really care what questions they want me to ask or if they will write my name on a little piece of paper and take there pic while holding it , so I usually vote for the ones that arent begging for a vote or giving it bullshit
The constant infighting and bickering between members and other members and then OCSM with other OCSM and then cross fighting between the two was pretty entertaining for a little while. But it got old real fast.
Mob is dumb.
OCSM’s who have been here for years but don’t get votes is dumb.
Having tens of thousands of people voting that have never been on freeones is dumb.
My pet peeve is when an OCSM puts up a series of hot photos, then some dickheads “quote” the pics and just say “that’s hot!”, so you have the same pics posted over and over and it takes forever just to scroll through.
I like Mariah xxx and that's about it. I don't think most of the OCSMs give a shit about the guys here. I can't believe there's still another round to go.

It's gone on too long for sure, but to be fair it's created a fantastic interaction with the OCSM's. I know nothing has changed much at the top since voting started, but to the OCSM's credit it is deserved. After all if you are popular you will be top.
Petra has stated that this was an experiment to involve OCSMs more, gain new ones, etc... Sure, some might reduce their interest now that the contest is over.
At the same time, there is no requirement for anyone to pay, no publication house alignment to favor or otherwise give exclusive access to. FreeOnes is one of the few means on the Internet that is completely open, while being respectful of copyrights, balancing free access for all fans with an avenue to market themselves, as well as good fun. All without other parties being involved, other considerations taking precedence, etc...
Well the prizes are relatively substantial so I can see the process being more than a simple weekend of voting.
That said, it is a little discouraging <aka boring> that those who appear to do the most don't get correspondingly rewarded for
Miss FOs votes instead of porn babes getting simple "my favorite babe" votes.
But it's still a great competition and I for one am grateful for it allowing me to discover different babes.
As far as the "my favorite babe" votes, who says FreeOnes didn't start from that list?
But as many of us agree, this did open our eyes to a lot of new women, brought us some new OCSMs and other things, even if briefly.
FreeOnes needs to have a contest for the OSCM's who frequent the board and like to talk to their fans with or without a contest :thumbsup:
I totally didn't realize it was still going on. It was a nice way to gain some fans for me more than it was about the money. With a bunch of heavy hitters in the running early on I didn't think I'd get close anyway. But it was fun promoting it, and all of the girls left in the competition are gorgeous.
And it's nearly impossible to ensure the fairness of any online voting system because of proxies and whatnot. Blah. It's nice that it got a lot of new girls active on the board, though.
to be honest, i think it would have been a better contest if you had to be a registered FreeOnes member in order to vote and if there wasn't prize money involved.
a good gesture would have been to pay the winners expenses to the award party but other than that, money just clouded a good intention.

Trust me we are taking notes. This is our first time and allthough i think it is a fun ride sofar we will take a lot of suggestions in serious consideration.
The problems with pure democracies is that they have a lot of issues. FreeOnes is a very open access, very democratic. You can only ask people -- women/OCSMs and fans -- to be involved. You can't force them.
That's not on FreeOnes. That's just how people are. But I'm sure your team will revise some things the next time this goes down, to try to balance and involve people even more.
In any case, great job for a first time! And give Petra a 2-week vacation!

You know, I actually enjoy the little stories about different things going on in the OCSMs lives. It's that little window into their every day life, showing their struggles, just like any other woman. If this contest brought that out, regardless of the reasons, so be it, I liked it.
BTW, just show where I'm coming from,
no one I voted in the first round made it to the second. I believe only two I voted in the second round moved on. Does that mitigate the effort by the staff and beauty of the women? No! It just means my preferences don't match others. Although I'm still considering putting forth an unofficial "curvy" FreeOnes contest for fuller figured women ... I have a dream ...
