Do you have to use snow chains in the winter? I have a set in my car, well thats what I tell everyone they are.

In the winter we change our tires to studded snow tires. Trucks or big vehicles use snow chains.

Some famous quotes from two famous norwegians(in Norway anyway ) and their bad english "I had some bad pigs in my decks"(I had some bad studs in my tires) and "But didn't you have pigs in your decks?"(but did'nt you have studs in your tires).
English-Norwegian translation:
Studs - Pigger
Tires - Dekk
