Men don't get that.You guys don't have the pressures that women have in that department and ESPECIALLY a women that's career has been and still is based on youth and beauty. Just thought I put a little food for thought into some of those male brains so that perhaps ....maybe...in the future if you find yourself in this situation you refrain from including the word "still" and simply tell a women that she is hot. Trust me. She will like that a LOT more.

@jayhellcat I noticed you had Cookie Monster as your avitar. Don't know if you get Saturday Night Live (SNL) in Belgium or not (or even know what SNL is for that matter), but there is a Facebook campaign (started by the people at Sesame Street) to get the people at SNL to get Cookie Monster as the host of an episode (much like the successful campaign for Betty White to host earlier)! They already have over 121,000 "fans" of the campaign page!
