If you tailored the contest to each board member and model everyone would be happy, you're just not thinking big enough. What you need is a TOTALLY Personalized Miss FreeOnes, winners included! You tell everyone that for that personalized touch you will send out the results to everyone by email! The results you send to everyone lists the winners as the models they voted for. For the models, you tell every model she won and the check is in the mail. BAM! Everyone is happy!

Now okay, sure, eventually the models will notice when those checks don't arrive... that's when you blame the Postal Service and tell them all to sue. And sure, eventually people will start talking about the results on the forums, and people will notice discrepancies, but that's just when you call them all filthy liars and start banning anyone who creates a thread about it.
