Or to allow only real active OCSM to participate, only girls who are active in the Freeones Talk area not to girls who only post in their topic to aware people of the last update on their website.

Some discussion between FO, OCSM and (long time) members seems in place when I read all this... You will never be able to have a contest to each ones likings but it doesn't harm to sort some things out i guess.

I don't think Best OCSM is just for babes who post in the talk section or have a large post count. Seems that's a factor but I think from FOs perspective it's a number of different ways they are active and/or participate on the site. What about a contestant that has 10+pages of links but only 100 post as compared to a babe that has 1000 posts but only 4 links?

What it says on the OCSM voting page is:
All the girls in this category have been active on the FreeOnes message board as Official Checked Star Members! Which one do you think stands out above the rest in the terms of her participation on the board?!

This specifically mentions activity on the message board, nothing to do with the links on their FreeOnes link page which has nothing to do with being an OCSM.
With the above in mind, the contestant that has the 1000+ posts should be better placed than the person that has just 22 posts and has not posted for over 3 months.
