Before I go I just want to make one point very clear. I do not have a problem with the idea of the mob. I only have a problem with the behaviour of a few of its members. If they do not behave then I think the mob should be shut down. But if they show respect for the board then good luck to you guys.

If someone's idea of fun is smashing people's windows I can't support that. Surely the mob can have fun without creating a problem for other board members. All the best of fun to everyone that shows respect to the board. :2 cents:

My advice is to judge each person individually. If a post bothers you I think you should contact the person privately to express your concerns and as a last resort make a report to the mods.

Don't you think, in some cases at least, it's the nature of the beast? Personally, I'm not sure that the OCSMs are being driven away as much as they are seeing the lack of movement in their positioning and therefore regarding this competition as not worthy of their time and efforts.
