When I was given my voting sheet in the mail I was confused by which holes I had to punch for which OCSM. Add all the categories into it and it was really confusing.
I would like a recount on all paper ballots sent out for OCSM contest and I would search the ocean as well for possible dumping of said OCSM voting ballots to be found! I know something is afoot here. Dammit!

how exactly do the votes get transferred. shouldn't they all start at 0? it's a new round.
My understanding is that the vote count gets reset to 0. But what I think PirateKing was referring to was that some people will shift their voting from ladies that did not make into the top 50 to others that did make it.

Hmm... no one mentioned Florida!!! I say I write to all major news media outlets to search the waters around Florida for the missing FO paper ballots! That's a start. I was going to spend trillions in government funding to search the whole Atlantic ocean for ballot dumping. I will only ask for billions to search around Florida and if need be go to trillions for rest of the ocean.
