try searching Google for "Save Flash video" or "Save flv" but basically if you go to your Temporary Internet Files folder (in windows you can get to it from the "Internet Options" control panel), you can copy the .flv file after you've watched it streaming. Then you can save it somewhere else on your hard drive. You'll need a flash video player to watch it, but those are easily found on the web.
