I think she looks cute there.
She looks a little chubby but as I've said many times on here any photo can make any attractive person look bad. You can tell by the angle of the shot and her oval shaped face it makes it look less appealing.
Pretty much a perfect angle.
As a photographer I've always been aware of how bad a person can look for 1/500th of a second. As for the shots I have to admit that Miley has got a nice ass.
