i know it is just a racing accident but should there be action taken when someone puposely crashes another driver and that driver gets hurt?

similar to sterling marlin putting dale earnhardt into the wall at daytona...if you see that video too you can see that he intentionally caused him to wreck

Yea nascar has some pretty bad crashes. I saw a crash on sports center where the car flew through the air and hit the fence injuring a few fans. That's some crazy shit.
