i still have red ones, how do i get my red squares into green ones???...

To the left of each post you will see that members name, location, post count etc. Beneath that are three orange boxes, the middle one, marked with a tick and cross symbol. Click that, offer a comment, whether or not you liked what you saw and "Add to Repuation"
