Marines still sending me letters

They are offering a t shirt and book if i give them info. You still send for the free shirts? Do they charge you for them?

If you take the t-shirt, you get signed up for 4 years.

I got a couple of friends in the Marines. One is still in training so he's still slightly human. The other has done a tour of Afghan and he's almost completely insane. He was too young, in my opinion. Killing for him is a big game and he loves making jokes about it.

Great T-shirts though.

To me, U.S. military recruiters are amongst the most disgraceful, legally employed employees there are.

I literally have more respect for a dishonourable used car salesperson.

I thought they only recruited younger people into the armed forces? Must be looking for more people.

Wrong. Before I joined the Army, I got a some cool things. I was wanting to join anyway, so the gifts didn't mean anything.

For the most part you're right. There are some that are straight forward, but not many.

The military is looking for anyone these days. The maximum age to join is 37 last time I heard.

No thanks, I think I will hold out until they at least offer the Marines pen and bumper sticker in addition to that. :1orglaugh

is the navy sending out t-shirts to get recruitments? that's pretty absurd, i guess now i have seen it all...

...except for semen-snorting

Conspiracy...
Marines still sending me letters.

Here's your answer...

Take one of the letters they sent you, put it in an envelope along with this letter.

To whom it may concern.

Please discontinue sending mail to my residence.

I choice not to sign up to any group that goes against the will of the American people.
We do not need or want this war. A war that is based on lies.
Too many people have already died for nothing and I'm not going to be one of the casualties.

Stop doing the will of the puppet masters who continue to subvert America and the Constitution.
Put your weapons down and come home.

Yours truly.

naw, man. what you should do is take letter and then send them a letter from the navy trying to recruit people. that will really get them fired up. and then of course do the same thing in reverse for the navy's letter.

If your not interested, write "return to sender" on envelope ;)

Never accept "free gifts".

There is always a price :D

I wasn't serious...

Why would you get signed up for the marines just by accepting a free t-shirt? :dunno:
