The photographer's name is Michieletto. And this set is dated November 24, 2004.
This is probably NOT the same woman as her:

The moles don't match. She appears taller on the Italian cover which is dated 2004 and then she looks younger on the Pulsar cover dated 2005. Plus on the more recent cover her tits are smaller and her nose is wider. Since when has a model gotten smaller tits and a wider nose in cosmetic surgery history?
