I just want to gain overall in all the places I measured. Of course I’d like to keep the waist gain to a minimum but with a bulk I know it’ll go up and I’m not worried about that! But 40”+ for hips would be amazingggg - 1:47 PM - 5 Feb 2019

2 week measurement update:
Waist: 27”
Hips/Booty: 37.3”
Quads/thighs: 20.5”
Biceps: 10.5”
Weight: 121.2lbs
Gained everywhere Super happy with this progress so far. Going to increase my caloric intake to 2200 and up my protein intake as well

Also going to start keeping track of my body fat % and muscle mass to really see where I’m gaining and so I can tweak my macros/workouts accordingly. Just started tracking these today so in another 2 weeks I’ll have something to compare them to! (body fat 18.7%)
