So yes i have been a busy girl running all over the damn place the last couple months. Just got back for a trip that left Seattle, went to Atlanta for 3 days, then to Vegas for 5 and then off to Walla Walla to go through an inspection on a house that I was going to buy...until the inspection results came in. Cost me $750 for the inspection but probably well worth what I found out....walking away from it.
I have court on the 11th, I think I will be free to release some goodies after this one, it seems retard "X" has realized he's fucked and wants to make a settlement. LOL Not until he pays my lawyer fees ASSHOLE! LOL

...AND , my Mandysweetie, you better INSPECT the house(s) again + again, ....because : ... YOU are paying for YOUR OWN house, ...begin with the roof + finish with bottom of it , if you´re paying another 2000,-- $ and you still say NO , ...and your 4th inspection say´s YES , ... I am sure you invested your money correct and you can live in a nice home . Better as paying too much for a * FAKE * - house ...got met dear ? 
Miss M, sure you already know it's worth it, but i'll agree anyway... house 1 was always drafty and fuses blew... when i sold it i was told it was not 'up to spec' and had to run new wire through the whole house (though it meant i learned how to wire a house).
house 2 was brand new, but the 'upgrade' windows that they sold were crap and several already had to be replaced to sell the house 4 years later... no more Pella windows for this hombre, they've burned me twice now.
i don't look at a home as an investment... it's where i live. but i don't treat my house badly or neglect it, so i don't expect to lose money after all.
it's not walla walla, but we do have water here, and a host of places you could, ahem, pose.
