While there is nothing wrong with that GIF^, because of the video's title, all I can tell you is that it very appropriately has something to do with some relation "Addiction," and that most of us probably wish she was that "relation" to us

I wouldn't put it past her to make a CBT video where she spins a wheel to see what the viewer is supposed to do to himself. And while you're right about having better luck on the second wheel, I think I'd take my chances on the first one.
