Because they want us to think about what we're saying before we post it. If we can just come back later and delete something we've said, people would say anything knowing they could have it out there long enough for specific targets to read it and then remove hopefully before anyone with authority happened to see it to get them into trouble.
However, in my wanderings of the board, I have come across explanations of how to get a post deleted, one way being to use the report post button and a Mod will come by, assess the situation, and in your case of a duplicate, probably rectify it. The other way would be to PM a Mod directly, which is also a good way to get something edited once it's too late. I'd recommend Stiffy, not only because he likes you, but because he's done a few things for me. I've also read that if a Mod happens across a post like this, they'll delete it, but they are busy patrolling the board for more important things.
Also (I think I need a thesaurus), when I came in here last night, I apparently caught the original version of your post.
So, basically you're tailoring your services to what your client is wanting to make them happy, not what you're wanting them to be to make you happy. I would definitely think that anyone who is a repeat customer was happy about what they got from you, Mandy. And because of that, I would think Ray's memories would be happy memories, or else he wouldn't have kept coming back to you and spending money on you.
You're welcome, and I'm sorry to hear she's still having problems. With the medical bills you're piling up on your pets, it probably was a good thing you got insurance for them. And cats will bring you surprises, we've had several different kinds of birds (mocking bird, blue jay, cardinal, dove), a few snakes, a rabbit, a couple squirrels, several moles, and an assortment of lizards and frogs brought to us by our cats over the years. Most of them just end up on the porch in front of the front door, but a few have been brought inside the house in varying degrees of incapacitation.

I've got someone asking me who the girl is with you, but I have the hardest time learning and remembering peoples' names, especially if I only see/hear it a few times, and I can't come up with it. And on top of that, I know I've seen her name somewhere, but I can't find it. So, I figured the best thing to do would be to just ask you.
Since GIFs can be misleading with no sound, I provided the link so everyone could see what it was really about. I'm pretty sure she has videos of threatening to crush balls. I'll see if I can find them, and try to post some of them without interfering too much with my Halloween plans.
