Ok, been MIA for a while now, thought I'd show you what I was doing .....

some of the sexiest women i've ever known did that... a receptionist when i was training became Mis Kansas something or other, and her husband, who had gotten her started, and was not as competetive, got jealous and left her. (Idiot, she did much better after his departure, of course).
had a partner who left when her other half got a job coaching college ball, who was also competing. The dedication and attention to detail y'all manage to make it is almost as amazing as how great you can look. Last I saw, though, she'd... shall we say dabbled in those PED's and looked too masculine to be believed.
And a Missouri finalist in fitness competition visited with her husband at a conference just a couple years ago.
Happily, my own better half has done some of the same work out routines... for her size she's in WAAAaayyy better shape than I, but has not chosen to take it competetive. It's been a great incentive to keep hitting the gym with the boys, but this photo may have to go in the phone as additional encouragement.
Congrats, the success at whatever it is you are doing speaks to you being a great person, except we all already knew that.
Can't say I can argue with VanillaBear... the fake bake is something my daughters the dancers have to do, and the better half does occassionally. My biggest complaint is that I cannot kiss/ lick/ etc when it's just applied... even those places that won't ever show.

Just so nobody worries about it I just wanna say that I am holding this more muscular look only for a week or sao then will put back on about 5 pounds to soften back up. I'm going to Vegas next week and want to get a few decent full photo shoots in out doors with this body LOL Anyway....Again thank you, all of you, I really appreciate all the love! Naw...it is me! worked my ass off, which is funny because it really appears i have more ass now... anyway, it was a State competition for natural body builders and figure models (which is between women's body building and bikini competitors). Really proud of how i did, and maybe, just maybe...I'll show you guys a picture from years back where I weighed more than any of you would expect!
