I'll be honest, I'm glad I'm on the other side of the pond and we don't do Thanksgiving - eating such a huge meal as I read most of you do so close to Christmas would make me feel like a massive glutton. More so than usual, at least. Damn you, Toblerone!

Monday Night at 5:30P I can say with close to 100% certainty I know what Mandy will be doing

I am close to 100% sure Mandy will be wearing her Seahawks jersey and GLUED to the couch with her TV set on ESPN for the next 3+ hours watching her beloved Seahawks take on the Saints in one of the best MNF games of some time and a CRUCIAL game for both teams. A Seahawks win just about guarantess them the #1 NFC Seed and Home Field Advantage for the NFC Playoffs and for them that makes their chances of going to the Super Bowl a lot better than if the NFC Champ Game is in New Orleans, instead.

So, with that in mind.............Mandy - please give us a reason to root for the team. By that I mean maybe post a picture of you in your Lynch jersey - and nothing else or your face with the black eye mark under it or something like that so we have an even better reason to root for the team that will be losing the Super Bowl to my Broncos!

It is said that women who work out tend to have a much higher drive and desire for sex than women who don't. Have you found yourself wanting sex more than usual with all of these workouts you have been doing?

You should use this for a layout. Start off with a sports bra and the tight form fitting pants you have on. As you work out and sweat start removing clothing until you are nude and keep working out until you need a shower to get clean and take the camera in the shower and include that in the set - make sure to have lots of bubbles all over your body - that is very sexy and when having a soapy ass make sure to slap it hard so we can hear it. You can make the overall shoot so damn sexy!

My sex drive has been about the same. I don't use any HGH or testosterone and I think my levels were already pretty good. Nice scenario, but the photo/video work in the gym might be difficult to pull off because it's a 24hr place. That's brilliant news Mistress! I mean, it's plain as day that you keep yourself in great condition, but I didn't realize you were in "competitively" great shape. Your tummy looks very toned and there's great definition on your calves and delts, and I imagine your lats are the same. And of course, you retain your femininity which can be tough when you're working out all the time. Still, it is a mild turn-on to think "hmm, she could beat the shit out of me if she wanted to." Over here we commonly use "fit" as an informal synonym for "hot" so now it's double fitting when I say you're one of the fittest women I e-know!

I did a combo of Cross Fit and weight training for 8 weeks. 100+ people signed up for it and basically it was about losing fat% without losing lean muscle mass. I lost 4.6% Body fat while not losing any lean muscle mass at all. The trainer said he has never seen someone do that before. The winner lost some lean muscle, but also lost 6.3% body fat (around 30 lbs)

I came in 2nd, with a BF% of 16.2

The guy in 3rd place lost 44lbs!

I am thankful for having such a beautiful and wonderfull lady like Mandy around. The openess and honest respond she gives us is really heart warming (and cock warming as well). congrats on the 2nd place finish! And those pics, even without any naughty bits, were tres amazing... going to use them as incentive to get my own lazy keester to the gym instead of just hitting the treadmill.

when i was in training a couple decades ago, the receptionist at one of the centers where i worked was the Mrs. Kansas fitness winner. She was a funny smart pretty girl... not as pretty as you, mind you, but there are definite similarities in the self-assurance and confident open way she dealt with everyone... after she won, her other half, who had pushed her into competing, got jealous as he was not ranking in the top 10 of men, and in trying to control her he ruined her marriage. But she came out of it fine in the end.

I've known two other women who competed seriously in fitness and body building competitions... the fitness competitions have been positive experiences, but the colleague who was doing body building got into steroids and got so nondependable there was a collective sigh of relief when she left. NOT that i am saying body building or steroids are the cause of that... there was a history there, and i think it was more an obsessive sort of personality than anything the sport or the PEDs did.

but i'm rambling... in any case, you look great... if memory serves, getting to that six pack required cutting nearly all fat out of your diet... a couple weeks of chicken breasts and potatoes as meals?

In any case, i hope you have a great Thanksgiving meal with loved ones... true for all of the rest of Mandy's minions, gang!
