Las Vegas is getting bitch-slapped by an all day rain storm. Just took a 30 minute asskicking, complete with hail (small hail though), and had the power go out for a couple minutes.
For anyone unfamiliar with the desert southwest, if you ever visit, STAY OUT OF THE RAIN!!! In other words, stay off the roads. Even with the "drainage ditches" that they installed here, there was road flooding in places all over town today. This **** is dangerous and to be avoided. And with this latest downpour, I'm hearing one siren after another.
I hope Ace is OK and off the road.
