Two Words...

To stop part of what happened yesterday: flood control.

It limits the time between allowed posts. It used to be 60 seconds here. I hope it's been fixed! Yesterday that guy was copying and pasting his spam all over the place with just seconds in-between!

That's a start, at least... Mods could keep a fuckwit spammer better under control then and have time to get info. to the admin to get the person banned.

The mods pulled through yesterday and did a fine job. Hopefully FreeOnes is fully aware of what happened by now!!! :nanner:

To reiterate a previous post of mine here on freeones.

Attempting to ban internet protocol numbers is meaningless to those individuals. They will repeatedly return and continue as been displayed. The tedious effort deleting mulitble posts is utterly ridiculous.

What is the difficulity in identifying those odd characters displaying they're personal information? I've witnessed that method used on another forum my wife and I sometimes visit and it's flawless.
