St. Johns County deputies arrested a man early Sunday morning on suspicion of calling 911 twice requesting a police ****** to drive him to Miami to see rapper Lil' Wayne.

You'd really have to be some kind of stupid or really high to pull something like this. Wait for it....wait for it.

The police said in the report that Kruse might have been under the influence of an unknown substance.
