haha seems like every year a new madden game comes out people say, I gave up madden in 20XX but this year makes me want to play it again.

I usually get Madden after the Superbowl, it keeps me occupied after football seasons over plus the price usually drops to around $30. I just hope this playbook/ playcalling thing isnt all they add, if they add more to superstar/franchise mode then it'll be a definite buy for me.

i played 2010 and i know what they mean i think i have 5 or 6 run plays and 7 to 8 passing plays i use other take to long to set up or look confusing as hell .
that is a good freatrue

why get a game if you dont know how to play the game?
the feature sounds ok. but at this point are YOU even playing the game?
you need to learn how to read Defenses to pinpoint the weakness/blitz/man on man or zone coverage. then choose accordingly.
and you dont always have to throw the ball and have 50pts scored.
ill play football games and run the ball 85% v Pass 15%.

I get the game every year with no regrets. Being an insane football and hockey fan, I need both new iterations of those sports to be happy. I thought madden 10 was a great game and def worth $$$ for the improvements over 09. I like what I'm hearing so far about 2011. Will get it and NHL11 on launch day this year as usual.
