I'm looking for a movie for years and i really need your help !

The problem is i don't have anything but one actor name (Tony Tedeschi) and the story :

First scene is Tony fucking his wife (Kelly - huge boobs!) then Kelly's sister is coming to live with them because her husband (Johnny?) is dead . Obviously Tony get to fuck the sister and he got fired . Finally Kelly go find Tony's boss and trade sex for Tony's job.

The movie was out around 1995~1999

Sure the guy has made over 1,200 movies but you should be able to narrow it down with all the other info you have.
