I've only gone 1.5 months without masturbation/ejaculation for the same reason; so I can say I understand that.

As for sex, 1 year and around 2-3 months (because the girlfriend had to go to Australia to see her deathly ill parent). That was the longest 1 year and 2-3 months in my entire lifetime.
