It's a risky business move leaving a specialization behind no matter what you do. Some people will, as someone said earlier here, "stop watching her stuff". She has to replace those fans with new fans, and generate enough $$$ to offset the cost of the surgery above that.
In the case of Little Lupe, it doesn't seem like the implants were done very well, so I don't think it was an improvement at all, but if she had gone out and gotten exact replicas of Amy Ried's tits, I doubt she'd have any problem replacing the fans she lost.

the nipples were always puffy, its new so theres some scarring but it only really looks bad in one shot of the set. Overall, that set in the gold thing is the hottest pics I've seen ever of her.
