How can we say that it's hatred or contempt of women (the literal meaning of the word) to suggest that a woman can be beautiful and sexy just the way she is? I would say that it is much closer to being misogynistic to suggest that unless a girl has some (male determined) breast size, she's not a "real woman", and she can't be sexy or beautiful. A-cup girls need not apply. But if you spend $6K-$9K to get yourself sliced open like a Christmas turkey and fill your chest with silicone bags, then we'll accept you and like you.
