Honestly, I like her best in her early years 1994-2002. In 2005-2016 - Big. Nice but eventually distorted and weird looking. One nipple up, one nipple down. Thumbs down to that.
2018 - Back to being good.Looks like she's either lost some weight or had some work done to her face. Kudos to her.
Thanks for posting, however Lisa Ann had a smaller enhanced set of breasts when she first entered the business in the early 90s. I try to find a pic and post it here.

Old boobs.
For me I actually found her boobs circa (up to 2016) to be unique and beautiful in their own special asymmetrical way. I also admire that she was able to confidently show off what a lot of people consider to be a flaw, to me that made her even more appealing as it showed that she was not as obsessed with vanity or an unobtainable level of perfection. All breasts are different and in a lot of cases very asymmetrical. I have seen pairs of breasts where one is significantly larger than the other and are still very beautiful in their own way. Beauty is very much in the eye of the beholder. In fact I give Lisa kudos for persisting with her own unique look for as long as she did.
