For all the complaints you hear when chicks get breast implants at least the scar is relatively small.
LDM had a reduction and if she had liposuction and I If I remember correctly then they're likely to look very deflated and quite saggy, if she had the traditional reduction where they cut out excess tissue then she's likely to have a nice shape but a fairly large anchor scar and scarring all around her nipples.

Scarring doesn’t bother me much at all and I'd still like to see the result but I'd be very surprised if she got topless in public again, and if she did expect lots of make-up and photoshopped pics.

Saying all that, I could be completely wrong!
