Apologies, I wasn't aware of this rule but thanks for pointing it out. I will know for next time. However if that is the rule, then why wasn't the link I've posted been removed or that by south150 a few posts above?
Because they aren't full content. The pictures on them sites are only preview sets. I've provided pictures like this in the past for my Lucy work. They are just a small selection out of a set to preview it and get people to go join the site the full set is at.
Example...
Only Tease release preview sets between 10 to 24 pictures when their full sets have between 50 to 150 in a set. To get the full set you have to join the site. Unless you start file sharing and give it away for free. Which is stolen copyright and illegal. As you are sharing the set without permission of the owners.
Bit like your sig I made. That is a Only Tease picture from one of Lindsey's shoots. But I made sure it was one from off a preview site and didn't take it out of the full set I have of that shoot. To make sure there was no copyright issues to comeback of it.
Now onto your pictures. What you do is called sharing content. Which is also a forbidden rule on the rules. If you only do it sparingly say once in 50 posts. Then the mods will over look it, as it's no major offence. But as like I was having to do in Lucy Pinder's thread and everytime I posted it having to host it myself. Then I was seriously sharing content. I did have the reason why I was having to do this. Although the picture was available on the net. I'd provided the pictures to the site so would be advertisning my own work in a way. That also would be breaking the rules. So I tend not to post too many links now for Lucy as I can't that way. Unless it's some sort of major news
Blogs are a bit of a grey area. Some only post preview sets. But the scanned pictures could if a magazine wanted to get them into trouble. As it is breaking copyright unless you've asked the magazine if you could post it. Plus other sometimes post the full set instead of just the preview set. So that means they are running the risk of legal action.
