Ry's right, though, terms of service always include disclaimers about what can and can't be said, and agreeing to them supersedes any rights you'd have on the matter, as you've agreed to waive them.

Also, yeah, Leno looks real old these days. I ain't seen him do anything since the mid 90s though, so that's kinda understandable.
