I'm watching Solved on Netflix and I learned that if a woman is pregnant (even only 4 weeks) and she is ********, the person who ******** her can be tried for a double homicide... So if ******** by someone other than the ******, a fetus has human rights.. But if the ****** wants to **** the fetus that's legal? I'm not expressing my opinion on abortion I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy of our laws..
Why in one scenario the fetus is given human rights but in the other scenario the fetus isn't seen as a human?
