If I had my druthers, I prefer my chicken grilled. Deep fried isn't bad but it's high in cholesterol and fat, plus sometimes the skin just tastes nasty. Stir fried, if you do it right, can also be a delicious way to prepare chicken. I like to add in some green and red peppers, some onions, and just a little Frank's Louisiana Hot Sauce. Served over rice with a nice glass of Syrah and you've got yourself a delicious meal.
That's the great thing about chicken, there's just so many ways to cook it. You can put it in the form of a sandwich, in a wrap, or just eat it with your hands at the tailgate party. And it goes well with beer.
