yeah, it is kind of absurd to speculate those aren't real. After awhile, you just know. Obviously whomever said that is rather young and hasn't had much real life boob experience yet. Lol.
 
You can always tell if boobs are fake if they have white lines in them, if you know what i mean, like when they stretch
I have never seen that in natural boobs
