To some extent, I agree with that. However, the best implants come from nicely shaped small natural breasts. Implants are a literal enlargement of what the girl starts out with. That's one of the reasons we don't get very many perfect looking implants. The girl has to "fuck up" her perfect natural tits to have perfect implants. Sloppy tits don't always make for good implants - generally in fact, they don't. The girl has to go really big to fill them out, and most girls are morons about the amount of CC's they get because they think too modestly and generically about cup sizes.

Layla had very little breast tissue, so you may be right about that. At least initially. She might have to get multiple surgeries, but she can achieve a nice well rounded, full look eventually. Hopefully for her, and us, she got lucky starting out.

I believe she is recovering from getting breast implants, but I could be wrong. She is on my-myspace but she hasn't talked to me in awhile.
