Why is the legal system being tied up for this? Someone insults someone else and they can sue you? what kind of bullshit is that? Uhhh, I have news for this asshole that is starting the lawsuit, there is such a thing as freedom of speech and if you don't like it...too fucking bad. I cannot believe how people are getting so sensitive and like a bunch of pansies. Nobody can take anything like a grownup, it reminds me of a *** that gets insulted and goes running back to mommy and ***** but instead my tax dollars are being ****** by some asshole that starts these frivolous lawsuits. When there are really more important issues that the courts have to face rather than someone insulting someone else. This just sickens me, if I was the judge I would throw this out and fine the one who started the lawsuit. You don't like what someone says than hang up, walk away or turn off the radio
