Hi Walridge, I am sorry you did not receive an email response from us. We respond to all support request emails, so we may not have received it for whatever reason, or maybe you did not receive our reply. Brazilian ISPs unpredictably block both incoming and outgoing emails and many websites, so it is very frustrating to us losing emails, but we are looking into work arounds.
Sometimes new members become blocked early when trying to download the whole site very quickly. We can only sustain so much bandwidth per user per 24 hours, but we have just increased this limit. If you went over the 24 hour download limit, you could have been blocked, but would have been automatically unblocked within 24 hours. Also, if you do not want to wait 24 hours or are not receiving an email reply from support, you can always use the blue button on the support page, http://www.polliana.com/support_customer.php , with opens a support form directly with CCBill, independent of us and of emails, as well as gives you a 24-7 toll free phone number. They can most times restore your access immediately or they contact us to resolve any other issues that they cannot.
