For you Lanny Barbie fans out there...I don't know if she still does, but up until at least this past November she could be found occasionally at some of the Strip clubs in Quebec, Canada - mainly those outside of Montreal such as Frontiere or Oasis. Now the thing about these clubs is that "full-service" is available from most girls in the private booths (just one of the many great things about the province of Quebec) meaning she could be yours if the price is right....I've heard she can be quite expensive (compared to some of the other girls)...however she does have a sister, Kimberly, who is often there and looks quite similar....
