I always thought it was based around them thinking that if the model(s) were looking at the camera, they'd be looking at YOU, thus making you feel more involved in the pictorial and you'd be more into it, buy more magazines, etc.

I don't like it. If it's pics of 2, 3, or more people having sex, I want to see them getting to it, and I don't need to be looked at.

Dude, that is SO true; when you watch porn, you watch it 'cuase you want to see a hot girl getting it on with someone (either a guy or girl or both). You don't watch it 'cause you want them to pretend to have it with you. If I wanted someone to pretend to have sex with me (and I don't, I want them to ACTUALLY have sex with me), then I'd just go to a strip club (which I do, all the time). Anyways, you and mcrocket make an excellently valid point. We should like e-mail this to the models or the photographers.
