I never post real names even if it is posted already on the same site. I redact all names, addresses, SSN and exact dates if they are on the booking sheet. I have a question though? People doctor mugshots of b list porn stars? Getting caught with weed isn't the crime of the century. If some one (meaning me I guess) was going to defame or make someone look bad they might chose a little more heinous crime. No ? She lights up a lot and talks about it often. So I don't see it being a stretch. I've been told most fans wanna see especially the ones that spend money. A real fan shouldn't hate on her. I'd hope it's completely opposite actually. I had no intention of posting it here at first but some friends and I were talking about it and someone requested it. I had no real interest at all until someone pointed out $7000 bond. I've seen meth heads get out on $250 bail. I thought it that was real high but was probably previous offenses until someone said they were sure it was her first offense. I looked into it and I've been defending her since. Breaking the is breaking the law but the U.S. weed laws need an overhaul and have for some time. This is just one of the reasons. Her's relates to one of the major discussions about certain weed laws and that I keep up on.
For the record she was caught with around 20 weed gummy bears, 2 grams of weed wax and equipment for use (butane lighter and refill can) Instead of charging people with the amount of pure thc in the gummy bears they charge the person with the full weight. If a 5 gram gummy has 100 mg of thc say. Thats very little actual weed. She had 64.2 grams of gummy bears she should get charged with no more then a couple grams. She gets charged with 64.2g (almost 3 ounces) at a street value of almost 1300$. Thats nuts yo. Thats around 60 bucks a pop. They only cost just over a buck each. Around 10 bucks for ten gummy bears in legal weed shops. Even with a dealers mark up that crazy. (man it feels weird typing gummy bears and weed arrest in same sentence) In comparison the wax weed has a street value around $40 and it'll get someone 10x higher and way longer. She pled not guilty and I would have too. She won't get off completely and she shouldn't. She got caught breaking the law. But she should pay a $200 fine like anyone else caught with 5 grams of weed.
