He seems perfectly okay with her being in the business. As for who it is, she never said, but she has mentioned him in a couple of interviews.

Work, work... at the end of the day it's sex, whether she has sex in private or on camera. If you would be fine with having her as gf, np, it's your call. As for the average, everyday girl, just because they are not famous, it doesn't mean that all of them are ugly/average.
