Her reported boyfriend Derek Chambers is the name being floated around as the positive HIV test, her twitter has been removed and her OC Models page has been pulled. Not good news, but let's hope for the well-being of Kaycee.

Yes I agree...lets hope for the best for Kaycee, especially if it is true that she has kids.

Yep, her name is involved. And given how many people she's done scenes with that would explain why so many companies have temporarily stopped production.

Pardon me for sounding naive....but I read where she just completed/participated in 2 videos recently (as in a cple weeks ago)...so my questions are as follows:
1-Didn't she need to be tested for those?
2-The Mike South article says she was on a New Sensation set and fucked alot of guys...does that mean she was doing a scene with alot of guys or was just having sex with alot of guys and it was non work related? If they were actors as well, wouldn't they be tested?

They only get tested once a month, so of you get tested on Oct 1st, you don't get tested again till Nov 1st. She can do 10 scenes over that 30 days give or take a few more. so you just keep upping the ante. Which guys did she work with on film? Who did those guys work with? Who has her boyfriend worked with? Who are they fucking off camera?
It just gets worse and worse and the # of people exposed just going up and up.

Gotcha...so basically it comes down to simple math.
According to her AIM test, she was clean on (let's say) October 1st...so studios can use her for the next 30 days...BUT...during those 30 days, maybe her boyfriend (this Derek Chambers guy) comes back with an HIV positive test on let's say October 10th....so she very well (and lets hope not) could have contracted this from him AFTER her clean test, thus freaking out everybody she has done a scene with since her October 1st clean test

As for regulations, i'm really not in the know. AIM does all the testing. I understand that at one time, maybe even currently, that producers and studios had access to testing database and could check if the actors and actresses they are contracting are in compliance, have current up to date tests, and are ok to shoot.
I also know that actors and actresses often will have a copy of there test results with them and will show the person(s) they are working with.
If you do some more reading on those blogs, it appears that the producers and company's want to know as soon as a person tests postive. The problem with that is that by releasing that information, you are in violation of HIPPA law.
For example, if I was going to hire you for a job, and I wanted to know if you had any health issues that could affect your ability to do the job properly, I would not have the ability to get that info from your Dr.

Again...for the sake of not sounding Naive, cant she and others just take a test ASAP...or is it something that maybe it comes back negative right now, but she could test positive tomoorw, next week, next year...and that is the big fear?
